Workshops Focused on ROI in Digital Experiences

The most important challenge facing executives is recognizing "hard" ROI from their portal and customer engagement initiatives. Xpediant offers several workshops that help executives explore the various process and technology directions available to create an environment that will give a "hard" ROI in the short- and long-term.

Whether your organization needs a quick start to identify the opportunities that become available with the right DX platform or you're seeking experts to help you assess the options and develop a strategy, our workshops guide professionals on how to calculate ROI for for your customer engagement initiatives experiences.

Here are the workshops that we currently offer:

Content Workshop: Which content do you need for your new web site and how will it be developed and maintained? In this workshop, you will identify the current content workflow processes and learn the needed enhancements to be successful. Participants will also produce an action plan for developing diverse, targeted, rotating content with an understanding of how to best manage that content.

Requirements Workshop: This facilitated session helps professionals discover the functional requirements of a customer engagement system or portal, define the system and scope, and provide management and traceability of the requirements. By identifying the current processes, you can then map out future processes that bring improvements to the organization.

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Upgrade/Migration Workshop: Xpediant guides organizations through the upgrade or migration process to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6. Over the course of a few days, we introduce the client team to AEM and cover the needed migration points. We document the current implementation and then develop a migration road map and recommendations for the migration effort.

ROI Workshop: This workshop assists executives in discovering opportunities to increase your return on portal and/or content management investments. The ROI Workshop is a confidential, in-depth, rigorous one-day process through which Xpediant experts consult you to develop a high-level understanding of initiatives, business objectives and key performance measures. Intended for CIOs, IT managers/directors and business managers, this workshop helps you identify and prioritize the opportunities for increased revenues and decreased expenses, enabled by a portal or customer engagement strategy.

5-Day Strategy Workshop: Similar to the ROI Workshop, the Strategy Workshop assists executives in discovering the opportunities within their organizations. The 5-day workshop goes into greater detail and participants create a roadmap that guarantees a positive return on investment (ROI). Through this workshop, you will explore a wide variety of corporate functions, identify a subset of those functions for analysis and prioritize the functions that offer the most potential for improvement. Deliverables include a scorecard, a baseline on potential savings and opportunities, a case for change and the justification for the investment.

Business Discovery Workshop: This activity is an information-gathering exercise that allows Xpediant to learn a client's current situation and goals. Through this discovery process, Xpediant is able to recommend rewarding business opportunities and technologies specific to each client.

We work with Fortune 1,0000 organizations throughout the United States and are ready to help facilitate the creation of your next customized web experience.

"Xpediant Solutions successfully migrated our Web sites to the latest version of the OpenText Portal and Content Management systems. This brought us the best content processes, workflows and a great platform for online marketing. Plus, Xpediant's team was great in helping our employees learn about the administration, development and deployment of the new system. Together, we've lowered our cost of ownership and have a multi-bank branding and content management system."
